Delivery costs are calculated at checkout or you can select to collect free from our Antiques Shop in Brixham, Devon.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.
Large items will be delivered by courier usually within 3 weeks. Delivery is normally to the ground floor front door. The delivery driver may be able to help to position the item within your property, at the risk and responsibility of the buyer
CHECK YOUR INTENDED PURCHASE
All the stock has been previously used, so will bear some marks and imperfections, normally commensurate with the age of the item, and the previous use they have been put to. We always try to ensure any damage or restoration is clearly marked & photographed for our online shop, but please feel free to ask if you have any concerns. Please check description carefully for condition, colour, size and compatibility prior to purchase.
WILL IT FIT?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to accurately measure to ensure an item will fit. If subsequently an item will not fit, that item remains the full responsibility of the buyer.
Decades Past will accept deposit payments for items.
The balance is due within the agreed period and terms.
Deposits are not refundable.
STORAGE OF SOLD ITEMS
Decades Past will store sold items for 7 days from date of purchase. Thereafter a storage charge of £10 per item per week or part week will accrue and must be paid before release of the goods. If the storage charge reaches the sale price of the items, they will be re-offered for sale without further reference to the purchaser.
Decades Past DO NOT REFUND once a sale has been agreed. This does not affect your statuary rights.
At our absolute discretion we may take back an item, and issue a credit note for the purchase, less transport costs (if any) and a re-stocking charge of 20% of the sale value. However this is ENTIRELY discretionary, and not guaranteed.
